Stone Plaza is a museum made of Tochigi Prefecture specialty “Ashino Ishi” stone and Fukushima Prefecture specialty “Shirakawa Ishi” stone. The plaza received the “International Stone Architecture” award in Italy in 2001, making the building itself a work of art. The design uses prewar stone warehouses with new additional constructions. Come and enjoy the environment created by the new and old constructions.
