The Tochigi Dashi (float) Information Center shows video presentations of the "Tochigi Autumn Festival", one of the biggest festivals in with its origins in Tochigi everyday (except for Mondays on which the center is closed and the days following holidays when the holiday falls on a Monday) from 9:00 to 17:00. Inside the center, the main attraction is the display of 3 actual Dashi floats, allowing visitors to experience the magnificence and excitement of the floats for themselves.
