The Midori no Koryukan, on the border between Tochigi and Ibaraki Prefecures, is an enormous 120,000 square meter wooded area that is a treasure trove of small birds.Visitors can get their fill of enjoyable walks through the woods and bird watching among the oak, cypress, pines and other types of trees.In addition, guests staying overnight at the Midori no Koryukan can relax and immerse themselves in Mother Nature with a campfire, barbeque, picking alpine vegetables and mushrooms.
