The Naka River flows by Nakagawa Riverside Park, which was made by using the terrain enclosed by pastoral land in the southwest portion.The park was completed in 1993 and opened as "a park of water and greenery."Circling the large pond in the center of the park are a Japanese garden, children's area, free area and more where visitors can take a stroll or put on events.Next door is an aquatic botanical garden where you can see different plants blossoming in each season of the year.
